Father of late Dancehall artiste Priscilla Opoku Kwarteng aka Ebony Reigns, Nana Opoku Kwarteng has asked event organizing company Charter House organizers of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards to apologize to him for failing to acknowledge his daughter in this year’s event.
According to Starboy Kwarteng in an interview with Kumasi-based Agyenkwa Fm stated that every year during the VGMA past artiste of the year are acknowledged but this year Charterhouse failed to do same.
He went on to say that the decision by the organizers not to acknowledge his late daughter made the ghost of Ebony angry that was why a fight broke out between Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale on the night.
He stated that he reached out to the organizers of the event but nothing was communicated to him and it really hurt him that he and his daughter were sidelined totally during the awards ceremony.
When asked if he would forgive CharterHouse should they apologize, he answered yes.
When asked what he would do if they refuse to apologize, he said that he would not say much but time will tell.
