The Central Region of Ghana has recorded a total of 80 coronaviruses (COVID-19) death since April last year.
As of Wednesday, January 20, 2021, the number of active cases stood at 42, with 35 mild cases, three critical or severe on admission, and four moderate cases.
Out of the 17,923 cumulative suspected cases identified across the region that were sent to the laboratories, 2,184 were positive with 445 results pending.
