Sad! Castro now legally dead

Today, 6th June 2021 marks exactly seven years that Hiplife legend and veteran professionally known as Castro mysteriously drowned in the Ada River.

On the 6th of June 2014, the country was thrown into a state of mourning following the shocking disappearance of the celebrated Ghanaian musician.

With reference to the Evidence Act of 1975, Section 33 emphatically states that a missing person can be declared dead after seven years of persistent and diligent searches.

This means that the court can finally trash any contract including marriage and business deals Castro had with any second or third party thereby releasing all the other parties from that bond.

Castro De Destroyer, real name, Theophilus Tagoe, was born in 1982. His debut album, Sradenam, released in 2003, shot him to public prominence and he followed up with subsequent hit albums including ‘Toffee’, ‘Comm Centre’ and ‘African Girls’.

Castro, disappeared with Miss Janet Bandu at the Ada Estuary while on holiday with Asamoah Gyan his brother and friends this same day seven years ago.
