Captain Smart’s indefinite suspension from ABN has raised eyebrows amongst Ghanaians and further cause public uproar because it is obvious that the NPP party is using its power to breed fear in patriotic journalists who have sworn to stand their grounds to always put Ghana first.
Whiles granting an interview on Good Evening Ghana after the news of his suspension went rife on the internet – Captain Smart told his critics who were rejoicing over his downfall that he will never ho broke or hungry even if he’s sacked form ABN.
According to him, he’s a full bodied smart man who will immediately lay his hands on another job even if his contract with ABN is terminated by Dr Kwaku Oteng.
During an interview with Paul Adom Otchere on Metro TV’s Good Evening Ghana show yesternight, he said;
If Kweku Oteng says he cannot work with me again, Praise God, I will leave and will never get hungry because I’m not a lazy person, Yes my brain works. So I called Doc and he said people in government are calling him and the government is using the Ghana Revenue Authority because they say I talk too much.
I asked why and he said he was told that I said that Nana Addo and Dr Bawumia, Alan Kyeremanteng and the IGP are fools. I then asked whether I said it on air and he said yes on air then I told him that I can say whatever but to insult the elderly is not part of my training.
He also asserted that he asked that evidence is provided he will resign from the company and apologize to the people he slandered but Kwaku Oteng still insisted that he takes a break.
