Canadian Singer, Deborah Cox Was Seen ‘Chewing’ Fufu

Canadian singer, Deborah Cox has been spotted in a video eating fufu with a spoon after she made a trip to Ghana recently for a musical concert held at the Fantasy Dome.

Fufu is a staple food common in many countries in West Africa such as Cote D’Ivoire, Sierra Leone, Ghana, Liberia, Togo and Nigeria.

It is often made in the traditional Ghanaian and Nigerian method by mixing and pounding separate equal portions of cassava and green plantain flour thoroughly with water.

It’s a meal widely enjoyed by Ghanaians from different tribal background despite being a staple of the Akans. Well, in this videothe popular singer shared on her official Twitter page, Debbie is seen eating the food with a spoon and what’s more, she was chewing it; a clear ‘violation’ of how the food is consumed!
