News information available to Gossips24.com has revealed that Adentan Circuit Court has issued a bench warrant for the arrest of Nana Appiah Mensah, aka, NAM 1 and 2 others over failure to appear before the court.
According to reports the Chief Executive Officer of the defunct Menzgold, along with Gabriel Kwamigah and Eric Amponsah Bediako who is popularly known as Cana were charged with conspiracy to defraud by false pretenses.
The three people were said to have been called early by the court to come to answer a few questions which they failed to oblige and show up as stated by the court.
