Beyonce Features Shatta Wale On Her New Album
American singer, songwriter and actress Beyonce has featured Ghanaian dancehall artist Shatta Wale on ‘The Lion King: The Gift’ Album.
The musician teams up with the Vodafone Ghana Music Award winner on track 11 of the album titled Already.
Beyoncé released the official tracklist for “The Lion King: The Gift” featuring Childish Gambino, Kendrick Lamar, Wizkid, Jay-Z, Burna Boy, Pharrell, Blue Ivy, Tiwa Savage, Jessie Reyez, Shatta Wale & more.The album is set for release on July 19th.
Beyoncé curated soundtrack titled The Lion King: The Gift, which will feature new songs performed by multiple artistes.
An official announcement has also been made by Disney Studios and it reads; “ Just Announced: “The Lion King: The Gift,” a new album of songs featuring global recording artists and steeped in the sounds of Africa, produced and curated by @Beyonce Knowles-Carter, will be released July 19. “Spirit,” the single from the album and from the soundtrack for The Lion King, will be available later tonight. “
