The house of veteran Ghanaian actress, Beverly Afaglo was completely destroyed yesterday after it went into flames for 4 hours straight.
Beverly, who shared the tragic news of the accident that occurred yesternight, revealed that she has been left with only the clothing she was wearing because everything she has been burned to ashes.
She wrote on her IG page;
My house burnt down to ashes within 4hrs …… Everything gone
my passports, clothes, shoes, bags, wigs, jewellery, perfumes, my furniture, my kitchen everything gone. My kids’ room and all their clothes everything is gone. I’m left with what I wore out that’s all”.
Thank God there are no casualties but where do I start from?
Whiles granting an interview on Hitz FM with Andy Dosty earlier this morning, the actress confessed that her mother was the cause of the predicament.
According to her, the old mother is fond of burning rubbish inside their garden and unfortunately, the wind blew some of the materials which were in fire into the house
She also disclosed how her neighbour has always been complaining about her mother’s unsafe way of burning rubbish.
