Ghanaian hiplife singer, Rebecca Akosua Acheampomaa Acheampong, known mononymously as Becca, has finally stated her reasons for deleting photos of embattled Zylofon CEO, Nana Appiah Mensah (NAM1).
There were reports on Musician Becca, deleting photos of her CEO early 2019. This came at the time where NAM1 was caught in a net. Becca is said to have deleted photos she took with her CEO and Stonebwoy at the 2018 BET awards, and also deleted her birthday wish to NAM1, all from her Instagram page.
The musician was also accused of Unfollowing NAM1 on instagram leaving the only person she follows to be her husband.
Its an established truth that she is noted for deleting pictures on her TL, but netizens strongly disagreed with her, perhaps it was because of the matters arising in the period the events took place.
Finally, the musician has been given time to respond. In an interview with Andy Dosty today on Hitz FM’s DayBreak Hitz, Mrs. Rebecca Tobi stated her reasons for deleting the photos and unfollowing everyone with the exception of her husband.
Talking about the picture, she explained that she shared that picture on her Instagram page last year during NAM1’s birthday and that picture was taken off the page months before NAM1’s issues started.
She revealed that she has not unfollowed NAM1 on IG because she has never followed NAM1. She added that she deletes photos from her IG very often and it’s not because she has any problems with them.
