Without remorse and shame, the Member of parliament of Tema West, took to his constituency to throw a celebration for snatching ballot papers in the parliament house.
During the inauguration and voting for the next speaker of parliament, the parliament house was thrown into chaos when Carlos Ahenkorah of the NPP decided to make his way with some ballot papers.
To explain and vindicate himself, Carlos told the media that his actions were steered towards protecting the dignity of the votes.
However, in the latest video going viral, Carlos was seen having a good time with members of his constituency as if nothing had happened. He went on to blame Hon. Muntanka for starting the riots.
