Ashanti regional chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Bernard Antwi Bosiako popularly known as chairman Wontumi has been rushed to the hospital.
The well known politician who recently was called by the police to help with investigations made his way to Accra yesterday 26th may,2025 but was called to come again today.
Chairman Wontumi upon going was said to have been arrested and placed behind bars until he started feeling unwell.
Lawyer of chairman Wontumi who was at the EOCO office with other bigwigs of the party revealed that his sickness has become very severe and has been immediately rushed to the hospital for medical care.
