A new law that has been enacted has revealed how baby mamas and side chicks of men would be left with nothing should incase the man dies.
According to the new Intestate Succession Invoice law, the woman who is not legally married to the man would be left with nothing but the youngsters of the deceased would be giving a portion of the man’s properties he made.
Chairman of the Government Council of LAWA Ghana, Sheila Minkah-Premo speaking about the new law revealed that tho it is very sad that the women would not have a share in the properties which the man had their children would have a portion.
She further added that the two legal guidelines based mostly on Article 22 have gone facet by facet. The Intestate Succession Invoice and the Property Rights of Spouses Invoice.
Furthermore, she added that women who also divorce from their partners before his death would be given a portion of the properties.
