Bekwai in the Ashanti Region on Friday saw chaos broke out during the confirmation of the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Bekwai nominee, Kwaku Kyei Baffour.
The event saw some assembly members been beaten for voting against the incumbent MCE as he was said to have has 33 YES votes out of 48 total votes cast.
The video that has fast gone viral and is at the disposal of Gossips4.com saw some people exchanging blows at the place where the event took place.
Though the identities of the victims are not immediately known, the separation of the people proved futile till the police came there and restored peace and calm.
