Anne Sophie Ave Akosua, Ambassador of France to Ghana, who is to leave Ghana in August after her term as an ambassador has come to an end, has been enstooled as a Queen Mother in Osu and named Naa Norley Owaa Oman.
She was enstooled by His Royal Majesty Notse Nii Narthey Owuo, the Council of Chiefs and people of Osu.
This is the third time she’s been enstooled as a Queen Mother in Ghana.
