Esteemed and highly revered Ghanaian cleric, Rev Sam Korankye Ankrah, has tasked the president-elect, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo to either call John Mahama on phone or invite him to jubilee house to iron out their differences because we need peace as a developing nation.
The man of God gave out this piece of advice to the head of state whiles he was preaching to his congregation yesterday during their Sunday Chruch Service.
He is reported to have said;
I want his Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to call John Mahama. Even though I know it’s the one in opposition who has to call, he’s the father of the nation so I want him to stretch a hand of peace to his opponent. He should tell John Mahama that this thing is not a fight so let peace prevail.
Can you come to my office let us talk? I pray that this week that will happen. Any Parliamentary seat that has come under contention let it be settled this week
This bowl of counsel followed the NDC rejection of the EC;s final verdict concerning the just ended elections.
