These accusations against the EC boss and the president-elect Nana Addo were made in a post which has been sighted John Mahama’s Facebook page.
These rants from the former president follow after the police prevented a group of NDC MPs from petitioning the Electoral Commission over the results of the Techiman South parliamentary elections.
According to him, the recent incident is surprising and unexpected for a democracy such as Ghana’s.
Clearly, the EC and its Chairperson are in connivance with Nana Akufo-Addo to fraudulently keep the Techiman South seat on the NPP side. This is a clear subversion of the will of the people.”
