Akuapem Poloo’s lawyer accuses the judge of premeditating her sentence even before the hearing of the case began

The legal counsel for Rosemond Brown aka Akuapem Poloo has accused the judge who presided over her client’s case of premeditating her sentence even before the hearing of the case began.

He dropped this hot allegation against  Her Honour Christina of the Accra Circuit Court whiles addressing the press after the trial of the actress.

After blaming the lawyer for Poloo’s ill fate he also expressed his disappointment in the verdict.

In line with Lawyer Andy Vortia sentiments, he smells something fishy at play in the courtroom and believes the presiding judge had premeditated Akuapem Poloo’s sentence even before the case began.

He stressed that Akuapem Poloo was a first offender and had pleaded guilty to the court should have dealt with her leniently instead of treating her as a habitual offender.

Whiles speaking to Peace FM news, he said;

Lady i know that she has written her judgement before the case began not after she heard our plea. She did not factor what i said into her judgement. She had premeditated it.”
