A 23-year-old student identified as Angelina Adjei needs $10,000 for an immediate heart surgery or else she may die anytime soon.
According to a report on her health condition, one of her heart valves called the mitral valve is severely defected.
And she needs an immediate open heart surgery to replace the mitral valve.
The cost of the surgery is $10,000 or the equivalent in Ghana cedis.
This amount will cater for the cost of further investigations, surgery, anaesthesia, intensive care and boarding for the maximum of two weeks.
