Never-old – Stephanie Benson has revealed her source of fitness as Gossips24.com chanced on a clear video of her morning exercise which has become a topic on her page.
The Ghanaian UK-based Actress and Musician is very strong and energetic at her age (50 years) and from a video we sighted on her instagram page, Stephanie Benson is a no go area if you aren’t a strong man.
In the said video, she was seen exhibiting some serious acrobatic styles with her legs up in the sky, displaying her akosua kumaa and her butt.
She captioned her post;
“Are you one of those who gets a back pain after an exciting workout in the bedroom?. Or is it hard to manoeuvre into an awkward position with your partner because your muscles have seized up from unexercised old bones?
Did you do your stretches today? Well get on with it before some young flexible Totty gets your man.

Though this is kind of interesting, many find it a difficult task, and one of them is Actress Nadia Buari who made it clear she is not trying those stunts at all – lol.
