Will the dust ever settle between Sarkodie and Stonebwoy? We doubt! Not when Stonebwoy keeps on dropping his own truths about what has happened between himself and Sarkodie over the past few months.
It appears the relationship between Stonebwoy and Sarkodie is never going to be as it was sometime ago.
Both musicians have hardly been seen together or said nice things about each other ever since Stonebwoy was reported to have slapped Angel Town after an altercation went wrong.
We have heard Sarkodie’s explanation and as well listened to a series of explanations from Stonebwoy, but the recent one from the latter during an interview with Joy FM on Saturday, November 21, 2020 sparks flames.
According to Stonebwoy in the said interview, Sarkodie did not treat him like a brother, but rather treated him as if he was a small boy who just drove all the way to the Black Star Square to mess up his show.
He explained that though Angel Town did not react to what ever happened between them with in a hostile manner, Sarkodie, who should have known better asked the police to arrest Stonebwoy and lock him up.
Speaking in an interview with George Quaye on Showbiz A-Z, Stonebwoy said, “After everything I was chatting with Angel, Angel was cool.. he knows what really did happen and he was calm…”
“You don’t take your friend to the police station… You don’t drive all the way to the police station and report your case and tell them to lock up the man them… It’s all love merhn, I wouldn’t do that to you bro” – he continued.
