Top Ghanaian rappers, Joey B and Sarkodie are likely to drop a joint project which will take over the whole Africa.
Darryl Paa Kwesi Bannerman-Martin, known under the stage name Joey B took to his twitter account to announce a possible joint project between himself and Ghana’s most celebrated rapper, Sarkodie.
Joey said the project which will either be an Ep or an album will be Africa’s version of Watch the Throne, a collaborative studio album by American rappers Jay-Z and Kanye West.
He tweeted; “a sark and joey b joint EP/album will be africa’s watch the throne”
Joey B and Sarkodie hint on a joint album
Since his tweet, the likes of D-Black and Tracy Sarkcess among other celebrities have rooted for the project.
Rapper D-Black promised to finance the entire project if both Joey B and Sarkodie agree to work together to produce either an EP or an Album.
Tracy Sarkcess also called on Joey B to force her husband to make things happen.
