Two new cases of the novel coronavirus have been confirmed in Nigeria, taking the total number of cases in the country to 42.
According to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), the two cases were confirmed in Lagos and Ogun state.
This was made known on their Twitter platform, where it was revealed that one of the case is a returning traveler while the second case is a contact.
