Veteran Ghanaian recording engineer, Emmanuel Mallet popularly known as Zapp Mallet has eulogized dancehall artiste Shatta Wale for standing for the truth.
According to the legendary music producer, Shatta Wale is the only artiste he has seen or heard speaking the truth.

Zapp Mallet in a tweet sighted by Gossips24.com posited that despite the fact that Shatta is in his prime, he still speaks the truth once the topic is about the music industry in Ghana.
He said; “I take my hat off for Shatta Wale, he’s the only GH artist I’ve ever seen or heard speak truthfully about the state of the GH music industry during his prime…. the boy is forward looking!”
Over the years, the dancehall musician has been one of the very few artistes who have lamented on the poor state of the Ghana music industry to the extent of fighting high profile musicians.
Shatta without fear has on several occasions called out authorities for disrespecting people in the arts sector. Just last week, Shatta was on UTV’s United Showbiz where he said Ghanaian musicians are poor but have decided not to speak up because they don’t want to face reality.
We believe Zapp aggrees with Shatta hence the reason behind his eulogy.
