“When it comes to infrastructure, No government comes closer to Mahama ” – Captain Smart

Broadcast journalist, Captain Smart has heaped big praises on former president of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama.

Speaking on Angel FM’s morning show, he stated emphatically that no government comes closer to Mahama so far as infrastructure is concerned.

” If you hate someone ,you should praise them when due , When it comes to Infrastructure in the whole Ghana in this 4th Republic , nobody comes closer to Mahama ,It’s a fact ” he said.
