The Central Regional Police Command has vowed to diligently and wholeheartedly serve Ghanaians to the extent of forsaking their precious lives to save that of Ghanaians.
According to the police, It will strongly stand by its principles of protecting lives and properties.
During the unveiling of the wreath-laying at the Forecourt of the Regional Police Headquarters in Central Region which was held in memory of late Police Officers who sacrificed their lives in the course of duty.
The Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCOP) Habiba Twumasi-Sarpong re-iterated the pledge of protecting Ghanaians at the annual Police Memorial Day Celebration at the Regional head office in Cape Coast on Monday.
During her presentation, she said;
We will visit the families of four of such who fell between 2016 and 2019 with gift and that would indicate to them that their heroes were part of an Organization that appreciates and honours its heroes
