After the Akuffo Addo-led government sought a financial bailout from the IMF, the Ghanaian government faced a massive backlash from ordinary Ghanaians and high-profile citizens for preaching what they did not or could not practice.
Ghanaian singer, rapper and songwriter, Worlasi, is the latest celebrity to hit Akuffo Addo and his government in the back as he has accused them of not going to stop taking loans because every business they are running booms when they go in for loans. In a tweet, he referred to politicians as “demons in suits.”
