Last night birthed a historic celebration of Hiplife culture and music at the Accra International Conference Center.
Dubbed ‘Pae Mu ka’ @20, Ghanaians celebrated music legend and ace Ghanaian rapper Obrafour.
Music Lovers and ardent followers of the prolific musicologist Obrafour thronged the venue to celebrate him as he marked 20 years of doing active music and the impact he has had on Ghana entertainment industry.
Pae Mu ka is no doubt the greatest musical album of all time in Ghana music industry. The album was released 20-years ago by the legend himself Obrafuor.
The night was characterized by captivating performances by very notable Hiplifers in Ghana including, Kwaw Kese, Guru, Sarkodie, Tinny, Edem, EL, Joey B, Medikal, M.anifest, and many more.
One big moment that many patrons will take home was when Sarkodie and Kwaw Kese joined Edem to perform his popular ‘You Dey Craze’ song which was the first official song he released in his music career.
You dey craze is considered one of the biggest HipHop tunes of all time in the history of African music.
It was all nolstagia watching the trio take patrons back to the beginning times of their career.
