A video attained by Gossips24.com has shown a moment, when a young man believed to be in his early 20s, was seen rolling in a gutter as people watched unconcerned.
The young man was seen struggling in the gutters as he kept turning as if something was biting him in the gutters in which he was lying.
According to reports, the young man had taken hard drugs which were not compatible with his blood making him lose control of his senses.
Netizens who chanced upon the video have expressed shock as to what kind of drug the man took that has led to him lying in the gutters as he behaves like a mad person.
