VGMA should nominate me for best sleeping artist – Pappy Kojo
Ghanaian hip-hop artist, Pappy Kojo has fumed at the VGMA board for failing to nominate him in a single category for this year’s edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
Pappy Kojo released “Balance” featuring his partner in crime, Joey B, but the song failed to make it into any of the categories.
The musician who was surprised himself took to his twitter page to reveal how disappointed he is at the VGMA board for snubbing balance. He wrote; “They snubbed balance, mede ama Jah”, to wit, They snubbed balance, i leave it to God.
It didn’t end there, in a follow-up tweet he suggested to the board that they should consider him by nominating him for the best sleeping artist award, perhaps he will be able to win that one.
He wrote; “I’m going to bed , I hope vgma at least nominate me for best sleeping awards ,”
