A set of twins who were born with both the male and female sex organs have been said to have dropped out of school and are now living in the bush.
According to reports, the twins were born in the year 1993 with the female genital and a little bit of the male genital organ so they were named by their parents as Akweley and Akorkor and made to wear female dresses.
The young twins who are now grown revealed that they realized they were more of men later on and decided to stop wearing female things and wear men’s clothes to school but their teachers prevented them which led to them quitting school at primary 6.
The two children further revealed that people started pointing fingers at them as they were stigmatized which lead to them moving to stay in the bush.
According to the twins, they love football and one was even called to join the Black Queens of Ghana, under 20 team, but was dropped after his condition was detected by a medical doctor assigned to declare the gender.
