Tiwa Savage sadly narrates why and how she tried to commit suicide when she was just at aged 10

Nigerian diva, who performs under the stage name Tiwa Savage, has for the first time, emotionally disclosed why and how she wanted to end her life when she was aged 10.

Tiwa told BBNaija host Ebuka, n Bounce Radio that she endured serious bullies in London as a kid which had a bad impact on her.

As recounted by the songstress, she joined her mother in the Queen’s city when she was just 10 and her strong Niherains accent subjected her to grave ridicule in both her school and neighbourhood.

I was teased so bad. They used to call me ‘African girl’, ‘Foo foo’, ‘Your food smells’ and so on. It was terrible. It was so bad that I literally tried to kill myself two times. I was really depressed
