One of Ghana’s prolific female rappers, Felicia Nuna Akosua Tawiah, better known as Feli Nuna, who was in the news recently for her feud with Kwame A Plus, this morning sat in the studios of Hitz FM to talk about the feud’s impact on her career and some music stuff.
According to the songstress, her banter with the music critic had no influence on the song released at the time.
The whole banter with A-Plus on TV didn’t affect my song in any way. If A-Plus thinks it was going to affect me, it rather got his followers to follow me—and they eventually realized how dumb he [A-Plus] speaks. Feli Nuna Said
However, talking about the newest invention (tiktok) in the promotion of Ghanaian music, Feli Nuna said:
I believe TikTok is one the avenues for song, brand promotion but it isn’t the only one. Just that it seems the be the big deal now. However it is not the only way—and it doesn’t mean if you don’t promote your song on TikTok, it wouldn’t blow.
