Ace Investigative journalist, Manasseh Azuri Awuni, has caused a huge stir on the internet with his latest comments about Akufo Addo and his ancestors.
According to the fierce and brutal political critic, he is very grateful to God that Kwame Nkrumah led Ghana to independence and not the Danquah(s).
Nkrumah, a nationalist leader led the Gold Coast’s drive for independence from Britain and presided over its emergence as the new nation of Ghana.
In a Facebook post which has been sighted on his page, he wrote;
“Thank God it was Nkrumah who led us to independence,” the investigative journalist wrote on Facebook. “Danquah’s descendants are showing us it could have been worse,”.
His comments come on the back of the Audit Service Board’s challenge to the nationality of Daniel Domelevo, the Auditor General. The anti-corruption crusader who returned to work today, Wednesday, March 3, 2021.
After 167 days of mandatory leave to a challenge to his nationality and retirement age.
