Stonebwoy to change his stage name

Afro-Dancehall originator, Livingstone Etse Satekla, popularly known as Stonebwoy from all indications, is likely to change his stage name.

Stonebwoy for some time now has been responding to the mononym, ‘1GAD’, whiles others call him ‘Stonegod’.

This has influenced the artist’s decision to quiz his fans as to whether he should mantain ‘Stonebwoy’ – his current stage name- or rebrand to ‘1GAD’.

One of the reasons given by Stone is that he is no longer a ‘boy’ since he turned 32 on 5th March, hence there is a possibility that he will switch to a new stage name, however, this decision was to be determined by the fans.

The arist conducted a poll for his fans to vote as to whether he should change his name from Stonebwoy to 1GAD or maintain his old identity.

Surprisingly, 68% of his followers agreed to his decision while 32% suggested he keeps it.
