Sit at home and watch tv and see if you will win elections – John Dumelo to critics
Ghanaian actor turned politician, John Dumelo has finally reacted to claims by critics that he is doing everything possible including carrying of charcoal to win the elections.
Critics have lately slammed John Dumelo for making it seem so obvious that he is hungry for power. This comes after the actor was seen sleeping in the hostels of students, cooking for some members of his constituency, playing cards, pushing borla trucks, pounding fufu, paying fees, with the latest being the plaiting of hair.
However, the actor has ruled out the argument which surfaced on Twitter after a photo of John Dumelo frying ‘toogbee’ went viral.
A tweep asked, “@johndumelo1 so from girls dorm, hair braiding, fufuo pounding to toogbee frying…what next? V8 washing? Ah well “
But the actor’s reply was swift, simple, and sensible, he wrote, “Decide to contest in an election and sit at home and watch Al jazeera and see if u go get 2 votes. “
