Celebrated Ghanaian music icon and Dancehall maestro; Shatta Wale has issued out a stern warning to politicians not use either his name nor brand for their political campaigns, Gossips24.com reports.
According to the SHATTA MOVEMENT honcho, politicians who are interested in using either his brand or name for their political campaigns should contact his secretariat for further clarifications/explanations.
Shatta Wale who endorsed Nana Addo some just last month in his reply to Nana’s congratulatory tweet succeeding his feature on Beyonce’s BLACK IS KING album;
Further indicated that he and his fans will support and cooperate with the president after 7th December’s presidential elections.
Resorting to his facebook page to make this public announcement, Shatta wrote;
Moving forward No one should use my picture or my brand on any political campaign or platforms .Myself and my loyal fans will support and cooperate with any person who Ghanaians elect as their president..Anyone who wishes to seek any further clarifications/explanations should contact my office (The secretariat) on 054 466 2230
