Saara by Sarkodie, which features Efya has climbed to the number 1 spot on apple music’s chart for top 100 songs in Ghana.

Saara was released on September 27th, and amazingly the song has been the most streamed song in Ghana on Apple Music.

Couple of days ago, music enthusiasts and entertainment pundits complained bitterly about how foreign songs were taking over our local charts on Apple Music and other streaming platforms.

For Sarkodie’s brand new song to claim the number 1 spot on Apple Music is a good sign that Ghana Music is not dead after all.
