Sarkodie sets new record as the Most Mentioned Celebrity on Twitter in Ghana

Award-winning Ghanaian rapper and boss of Sarkcess Music has made history yet again with an outstanding record on social media.

In a study conducted by Global Ranking, Sarkodie emerged as the all time most mentioned celebrity on Twitter in Ghana.

The report cites that Sarkodie has been mentioned on Twitter for over 1.5M times.

They wrote on Twitter:

“According to twitter, the name Sarkodie was the most mentioned thing on Ghana Twitter. Sarkodie was mentioned over 1.5 million times.”

Technically, what that implies is that, Sarkodie has trended across Twitter through tags and retweets.

Currently in Ghana, he is one of the few celebrities who have benefited from social media the most.

He recently thanked his fans for helping him become very influential through social media.
