Renowned hip-hop artiste Sarkodie is expectant to perform at the Ghana Premier League in the upcoming 2020/21 season premiering this month.
On Sunday, the rapper constantly tweeted about the Ghana Premier League preceding the debut of the Ghana top-flight.
Sarkodie, the 2019 BET Best International Flow winner, intends to use his 4 million followers on the micro-blogging website as a medium to promote the league.
He tweeted: ”My first big performance outside should be at one of the local league matches”
Last season, Legon Cities FC called on stars like Shatta Wale (the self-acclaimed Dancehall King), Medikal, and Kwesi Arthur for half time performances during some of their home matches.
Another mogul, Stonebowy recently claimed he is an avid Hearts of Oak fan.
