A few hours ago, we reported that fire has razed down shops at Obaa Yaa Market Center in Koforidua in the Eastern Region.
The fire reportedly started around 11am today, December 15, 2020.
The cause of this unanticipated fire outbreak is yet unknown but from what we have gathered, a lot of properties have been destroyed with no lives lost and zero casualties recorded at the moment.
The timely intervention of the Ghana National Fire Service personnel quenched the fire from destroying other stores.
