Kwame Amoah and Sampson Zabanga, who were involved in a scuffle on Tuesday on the Ayeduase road close to the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi, have both died.
It was reported on Tuesday that Kwame Amoah had confronted Sampson over careless driving. This led to a scuffle which prompted Sampson to shoot him. In what seemed to be an escape from a possible mob action or coming face to face with the law, Sampson shot himself in the head.
Both of them were sent to the Okomfo Anokye Hospital in Kumasi where they were both battling for their lives.
Unfortunately, both the victim, Kwame and the shooter, Sampson have died.
ASP Godwin Ahianyo, PRO of the Ashanti Regional Police confirmed the reports today, Wednesday, November 18.
