Sensational Nigerian artiste Runtown and renowned Nollywood actress Kate Henshaw have voted against the Nigerian federal government’s proposed regulation of social media.
According to PM NEWS, the anti-social media bill was first introduced by the Nigerian Senate on Nov. 5, 2019, to criminalise the use of social media in propagating false or malicious information.

Taking to Twitter to add his voice to the ongoing outcry by Nigerian citizens, Runtown wrote ”I support #SayNoToSocialMediaBill” while his counterpart Kate Henshaw wrote, “I have my reservations on this panel stuff o. Make e no be like dem wan act another movie again… #NoToSocialMediaBill”.
