Rev Obofour dragged to court for duping Ghanaian businessman of Ghc190,000

Reverend Obofour has been dragged to court for duping a Ghanaian businessman of Ghc190,000.

The businessman identified as Charles Frimpong claims he transacted some business with Rev Obofour of Anointed Palace Chapel but till date, he has yet to to be paid the amount in full of their transaction.

In light of that, he has dragged Obofour to Accra High Court for duping him of GHc190,000.

According to the statement of claim, Mr Frimpong provided Rev Obofour’s church with a power plant at the cost of Ghc 70,000.

After delivering the plant, Obofour made another similar order bringing the total sum owed to Ghc 140,000.

Obofour then asked Mr Frimpong to supply him with a transmitter costing Ghc 90,000, out of which he paid an installment of Ghc 40,000 leaving a balance of Ghc 50,000.
