Ghanaian rapper Edem has quickly reacted to the fracas between dancehall musician, Shatta Wale and Music Producer, MOG Beatz.
On Sunday evening, February 28, 2021, MOG Beatz called out Shatta Wale over unpaid arrears.
According MOG Beatz, Shatta Wale has still not paid him for producing 10 solid songs on his failed album, ‘Wonder Boy’
He further disclosed that all efforts of trying to reach out to the dancehall musician proved futile – he was even blocked from entering Shatta’s house.
Fast forward, Shatta Wale also angrily reacted to MOG Beatz claims by sharing screenshots of payments he made to the producer’s mother’s mobile money number.
Shatta Wale in a series of tweets labelled the beat producer as an ingrate who is unappreciative of the good things he has done for him.
But reacting to the brouhaha, Edem opined that the Ghana music industry need constructive structures and orientation of music business.
