Ghanaian highlife and afrobeats singer, Kuami Eugene has a piece of advice for upcoming musicians who are struggling to rise to the spotlight.
Kuami Eugene was speaking on Citi TV during an interview when a commenter asked for advice after he did everything possible to rise to the limelight.
The hostess of the show threw the question of the commenter to Kuami Eugene and KiDi.
KiDi told the commenter to consider getting more people to join him to build the brand because he can’t do it alone.
He also urged him to identify his unique talent which differentiates him from the others. He finally added that when he has tried everything and it is still not working then he should consider it that he has not been called to do music.
Adding his opinion, Kuami Eugene said “Sometimes you just have to quit,” amid laughs from the studio.
