Pregnant woman stabs husband to death for calling another woman on phone
A 22-year-old pregnant woman has been arrested by security officials for reportedly stabbing her husband to death for calling another woman on phone.
She revealed her intention was to scare her late husband and collect the phone but mistakenly ended up killing him.
According to her, she was using the knife to peel yam before the altercation “and mistakenly stabbed her husband in a bid to collect the phone from him”.

Parading the suspect at the command headquarters in Lafia, the NSCDC state commandant, Habu Fari, said the woman was arrested in Obene town of Keana Local Government Area of the state, after an intelligence report.
Speaking with newsmen, Veronica who said she was one month pregnant, begged for mercy and blamed the devil for her action.
