A picture that is fast making waves on social media has shown moments when Jamaican musician Popcaan who is currently in Ghana to promote his songs was seen smoking weed whiles been guarded by police.
The musician was spotted holding a piece of weed whiles he posed for the camera along with his personal bodyguard who happens to be a police and knows it’s wrong to smoke marijuana in Ghana.
Netizens who chanced upon the image have expressed shock as to how the musician could be allowed to walk about freely knowing that he is having in his possession marijuana which is popularly known as weed.
