“Police stopped and search me looking for weed” – Kwaw Kese exposes Ghana police (video)
CEO of Madtime Records, Kwaw Kese has exposed Ghana Police service once again for deliberately searching him whiles he was driving in town.
Kwaw Kese has been in the news lately for blasting the police service in Ghana on how they treat citizens.
This was after a video of Popcaan smoking in town under the protection of four armed policemen surfaced on the internet.
It appears Kwaw was too loud on the issue and the police service is not taking it lightly on the musician who was once jailed for possessing and smoking marijuana.
In a latest video he shared online sighted by Gossips24.com, the musician could be seen outside his car as he was being searched by police officers who were on night duty.
He explained that he was driving in town around 4am with his artist Skonti when the police asked him to pull over for a search hoping they would find marijuana on him or in his car.
Sharing the video, he averred in a tweet that the police have been put to shame because their motive for the search was malicious.
He tweeted; “This morning around 4am the police stopped and search me and @skontigh looking for Taaba. Meanwhile they’ll be arm guarding foreigners to smoke in public. Shame on @ghanapolice#decriminalizemarijuana#LegalizeIt now”
