Hisbah destroys over 300 cans and bottles of alcohol in Katsina

Over 300 bottles and cans of alcohol have been destroyed by Hisba officials in Katsina State on Tuesday, November 17.

Alcohol is awn abomination to Muslims and sharia law forbids its consumption.

Hisbah is the Shariah law enforcement agency. They seized these drinks from some people in the Daura Local Government Area and destroyed them.

The drinks included cans of Life and Star beers.
