Our Surveillance Camera Stopped Working At About 8 pm- Lekki Concession Company tells Lagos Judicial Panel (Video)
The Managing Director of Lekki Concession Company, Abayomi Omamuwasan, today told the Lagos State Judicial Panel of Inquiry on the Lekki shooting massacre at Lekki Toll Gate, that the company’s surveillance camera at the LekkiTtoll Plaza stopped working at about 8 pm when gunshots were fired at the #EndSARS protesters on October 20.
According to him, the recording stopped due to network issues at the plaza at the time of the incident.
Recall that men in military uniform stormed Lekki Toll Gate in the evening of October 20 and fired gunshots at peaceful End SARS protesters.
In the wake of the ongoing investigations to ascertain the truth in the reports of the shooting incident, there have been conflicting reports as to the number of casualties at the scene of the incident.
